The crops present in the entire company are distributed as follows: 65 hectares of vineyards, 40 hectares of olive groves, 40 hectares of arable land, 50 hectares of wooded pasture, 80 hectares of wood and the remaining part, equivalent to 125 hectares, is made up of Mediterranean scrub.
The farm pursues an integrated sustainability system. Precisely for this reason, it embraces organic and biodynamic production methods. Today, Abbazia Santa Anastasia, throughout the company, boasts the DEMETER certification: the authority that administers and protects biodynamic products from all over the world. A prestigious and rigorous certification that also extends to the production methods of wine and oil. By observing the lunar and planetary cycles and eliminating any chemical substance, it is possible to reach high quality standards. The production of healthy products such as biodynamic wines and organic EVO oil, together with the optimization in the use of natural energy resources, places the facility in the wake of those companies with a natural organic vocation.
